FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in working of abrasive-bound materials to produce regular microrelief on abrasive wheel peripheral working surface. Proposed device comprises casing with central stepped lengthwise taper-surface bore and crosswise bore to feed, via union and pipeline, high-pressure water, jet-forming nozzle arranged in said central bore on one its end, rod with conical tip in contact with housing bore tapered surface arranged on housing other end, and cam drive of lengthwise travel screwed in the housing and consisting of motor, cam, return spring and crosswise axle articulated with the rod to interrupt water flow by reciprocating rod with tapered tip.
EFFECT: high quality of operation, higher reliability and efficiency, lower costs.
