FIELD: prediction services. SUBSTANCE: pulse signals are measured in geophysical fields of deformation natural by means of at least three prediction stations. Amplitude and repetition frequency of pulse signals and pulse signal sequences, leading edge rising speed and pulse signal duration are measured. Abnormal signal are selected on the basis of obtained data. Then duration of increase in abnormal signal intensity, duration of decrease in abnormal signal intensity and duration of abnormal signal fading are measured at every prediction station. Distances from prediction stations to hypocenter of earthquakes, as well as places of tectonic and technogeneous shifts are calculated by formula. EFFECT: more reliable prediction. 3 dwg
