METHOD OF RECTIFICATION OF ALCOHOL DISTILLER'S WORT Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: alcohol industry in periodic rectification of alcohol distiller's wort. SUBSTANCE: the method provides for periodic loading of alcohol distiller's wort in a still pot, its heating to the boiling point, concentration of obtained vapors in a solidification column in the periodic rectification conditions, condensation of vapors in a reflex condenser. The obtained condensate is accumulated in a reflux vessel in an amount of 2.5 to 3% of the content of alcohol in distiller's wort, washed out in the conditions of an infinite reflux ratio until the maximum content of ether - aldehyde fraction is attained, after that condensate from the reflux condenser is returned directly for refluxing. Simultaneously with refluxing liquid pasteurized alcohol is extracted from rectifying plates 2-4 from above and directed to the exhaustion rectifying column. Vapors obtained in it are condensed in the reflux condenser of the solidification rectifying column, and rectified alcohol from the bottom of the exhaustion column is directed to a collector.
