FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, secondary flows of alcohol-containing fluids are exposed to distillation and rectification in an additional rectification tower, final treatment of ethanol from both rectification towers is carried out using a mode of hydraulic selection in the final treatment tower. The plant comprises an additional rectification tower communicated via a distillation tower with a reservoir for collection of secondary flows of alcohol-containing liquids from a mash, epuration and rectification columns and a column of final treatment. In the tower of final treatment of ethanol the plates for separation of cleaned ethanol are spaced along height of the tower and are installed in its stripping and concentration parts, at the same time at least the upper zone of the tower is equipped with a pipeline of hydraulic selection water supply. The cube part of the tower of final treatment is equipped with an additional bleed of secondary flow of the alcohol-containing liquid with fractions of admixtures.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase quality of a finished product, to simplify its production and to reduce cost by return of secondary products into recycle from production and recycling of spent process heat.
