SUBSTANCE: invention elates to methods for periodic rectification of alcohol-containing raw. Method involves heating alcohol-containing raw in still-evaporator up to a boiling point, concentrating formed vapors in a fortifying distillation column, condensation of vapors in condenser-cooling, feeding condensate for irrigation of indicated column and for its accumulation at fractionation step in reflux capacity, washing out a condensate and feeding after termination the fractionating step of all condensate for irrigation in a fortifying fractionation column. Simultaneously, liquid pasteurized alcohol is removed from 2-4-d plate of a fortifying column from the top and fed to an exhausting fractionation column from bottom part of that rectified alcohol is removed. Condensate at the fractionation step is accumulated in a reflux capacity in the amount 7.5-9% of the alcohol content in raw, and washing out of condensate in reflux capacity at the fractionation step is carried out in the ratio phlegm consumption and vapors consumption = 1.8:2.2. The fractionation step is terminated when the amount of condensate in reflux capacity is 1.5-1.9% of the alcohol content in raw. Invention provides enhancing quality of alcohol and decreasing the process period and energy consumptions for its realization.
