FIELD: vacuum engineering; evacuation of vacuum reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: pump provides for control of motion of vapor of working fluid in its steam line and accurate distribution of mass of working fluid vapors among all stages of pump jets and practically fully excludes discharge of hydrocarbon components of working fluid. Pump includes housing with boiler arranged in it. Boiler is provided with electric heater. Pump is also provided with steam lines of third and second stages of jets and additional steam line with holes. Mounted at outlet of second stage steam line is truncated cone with diaphragm fitted in its smaller base. This diaphragm has orifice. Additional steam line is connected with hood forming circular clearance together with nozzle of first stage of jets. Additional cylindrical steam line is provided with at least two additional holes located symmetrically relative to axis of steam line of third stage of jet. Area of these holes exceeds area of diaphragm orifice whose area exceeds area of circular clearance of first stage of jets. Pump is provided with profiled head fitted over hood at spaced relation to its upper surface and rod on which three stages of steam lines and head are mounted.
