FIELD: automation, in particular, centralized computer systems for public heating utilities of district or city level. SUBSTANCE: device is based on two-pipe heating network and water pipe for distribution of parallel heat exchangers with corresponding valves and temperature detectors into spaced sub-units. In addition device has digital communication channels and shared service radio station with radio-modem. Each sub-unit has pressure and water usage detectors, additional detectors for water and air temperature, digital alarm sensors, control unit for additional pumps. In addition it has local radio station with radio modem, signal processor, multiplexing and de-multiplexing interface units. Number of system members and connections are invariant to design of sub-units. Invention specification gives description of typical design of sub-unit which has at least one heat water supply circuit and one heating circuit. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 dwg
