SUBSTANCE: system has bi-directional commutation station as domestic switchboard connected to subscriber devices and telecommunication services connected to it. The system has domestic registering unit connected to domestic switchboard. The domestic registering unit is installed in each building and power resources consumption measurement transducers with alarm button, video monitoring system and fire signalization transducers are connected to it. The domestic switchboards are connected to node switchboard that is connected to common center for receiving subscriber calls, power resources accounting system, emergency assistance service, territorial control agency and telecommunication services.
EFFECT: wide functional capabilities of the system; coverage of the whole population within the housing resources.
