FIELD: manufacture of conducting materials. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at manufacturing thick-film silver- containing conductors compatible with ruthenium-containing resistors and simultaneously increasing adhesion of conductors for alumina ceramic carrier. composition contains (in wt %): silver, 70-76; palladium, 15-25; and glass binder, 3-10, which is, in turn, composed of: lead oxide, 60-78; alpha-silica, 8-20; boron oxide, 1-4; bismuth oxide, 10-18; calcium oxide, 1-5; and alumina, 1-10. Conductor and resistor films are burnt in conveyor oven at maximum temperature 840 ± 10 C for 15 ± 1 min. EFFECT: improved application characteristics.
