SUBSTANCE: after dissecting a dura mater a relevant medullary substance should be observed through trephination opening applied in cranial arc bones with the help of castellated cutter. Suction pump is used to remove medullary detritis, then a wound is washed with medicinal solution. The same opening is used to conduct drainage of lateral ventricle and brain with polyvinyl chloride catheter which should be connected to the system of pressure control. Then an influx-reflux system of continuous inflow of liquid which contains protein-splitting enzymes should be applied into crushing focus area.
