FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves surgically removing injured brain lesion foci. Catheter is set in the brain zone injured most of all. Laser radiation of 0.63 mcm wavelength and 5 mW power is applied via the catheter during 5 min in the nearest postoperative period. The radiation is carried out under clinical electrophysiological control during 2-5 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced neuroloric manifestations; increased consciousness level.
