SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical stapling instruments for applying continuous external surgical sutures, and can be used for multiple applications in conducting cavitary operations in veterinary science. Reusable tool for application of skin seams consists of case with coil, nozzle for needle and case handle. Case is cylindrical hollow with a cover, the coil is made vertical on a vertical rod with possibility of suture material refilling.

EFFECT: invention provides eliminating the entanglement of the retention suture at the simultaneous possibility of reusable use of the instrument without additional refilling of the suture material, as well as high quality and variety of applied skin seams, simplified retention of the retention suture, reduced duration of the closing process and labor intensity of the surgeon.
