SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can find application in human spinal traction in the aqueous medium. Neck-shoulder and lumbosacral supports are placed and fixed on an individual; a spinal traction effort is generated by the force action between the supports. The above force action is generated by a kinematic connection system of the neck-shoulder and lumbosacral supports that has a median portion. The median portion provides the force action on the supports and is coupled with a loading device. The force action is generated by a difference of body weight and buoyancy force of the aqueous medium.

EFFECT: using the given group of inventions enables eliminating operation complexity of the apparatus, avoiding the personnel assistance, providing stability and preventing the overturn.
