The median portion provides the force action on the supports and is coupled with a loading device. The force action is generated by a difference of body weight and buoyancy force of the aqueous medium.
EFFECT: using the given group of inventions enables eliminating operation complexity of the apparatus, avoiding the personnel assistance, providing stability and preventing the overturn.
