FIELD: plastic working of material, in particular, production of articles with several portions curved in different directions. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying first force to material for extruding material through extruder head, with outer surface of discharged article being hard; applying second force to material in zone below article hardened surface zone. Second force imparts higher speed to first part of section periphery of article discharged from extruder head as compared to speed of other part of article section periphery. It results in obtaining of permanent curved portion on article. Second force is applied to article in transverse direction at point positioned behind discharge opening of extruder head. Different devices for applying force to material and changing points of applying force to article during bending process, as well as devices for changing direction of bending and reducing force required for bending by creating variable pressure of melt within extruder head are recited in Specifications.
