FIELD: devices for conversion of harmful wastes into harmless ones. SUBSTANCE: wastes are supplied to rotary furnace for burning to form initial aggregated material, combustion gaseous products and small-sized wastes are introduced into the first oxidizer with water-cooled metal walls. Small untreated particles forming slag during melting are withdrawn from the device and cooled to form harmless wastes. Part of material in oxidizer which failed to melt is cooled, neutralized and subjected to gas separation of solid material. Solid material is again introduced into oxidizer with initial aggregated material where they are, either melted, or introduced into melt and become a part of harmless aggregated material. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 7 dwg
