SUBSTANCE: hose explosive charge in a polymeric shell with controlled energy release preventing macro-and microcracks in the rock mass enveloping the charge has a straight initiating charge with the mass of high explosive being within 6 to 20 g per meter of the charge length; explosive with a low detonating velocity and critical diameter exceeding the diameter of the hose charge is used as high explosive enveloping the initiating charge.
