FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: biosample is taken followed by its dosed introduction into initiation knot, it is applied upon ion-exchange support to conduct initiation of triboluminescence with cylindrical surface of a disk-shaped electrode probe. An optical radiation of human expiratory air condensate is registered at 252 and 346 nmm, then a coefficient is calculated according to a formula C = K = S252/S346, where SS346 is a light total at 252 nm wave length, SS252 is a light total at 346 nm wave length. At coefficient <0.6 inflammation or pulmonary tuberculosis is predicted, at 0.9 <C <1.7 oncological pulmonary disease is prognosed. EFFECT: higher efficiency to decrease infection risk level in tested patients at blood sampling and increase accuracy of differential diagnostics.
