SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for differential diagnostics of bacterial rhinosinusitis inflammation including patient's examination, where the method is carried out based on three reliable informative laboratory indicators, specifically specific light sum of spontaneous neutrophil production, specific light sum of fMLP-stimulated neutrophil production, and specific maximum intensity of fluorescence fMLP-stimulated neutrophil production; further complex mathematical estimation of parameters by a formula, where y is a form of inflammation of bacterial rhinosinusitis, with value y = 0-0.4 diagnosing a chronic form of inflammation of bacterial rhinosinusitis, and if y = 0.6 and higher - an acute form of inflammation of bacterial rhinosinusitis; when the value of y falls within the mathematical formula in range of 0.41 to 0.59, analysis of the indicators is carried out by comparing said values with the set threshold values, which are for specific light sum of spontaneous production of neutrophils - 7.631 PPs, for specific light sum of fMLP-stimulated production of neutrophils - 82.158 PPs, for specific maximum intensity of fMLP-stimulated neutrophil production - 0.136 PPs; if values above threshold values diagnose acute form of inflammation of bacterial rhinosinusitis, and if values below threshold values - chronic form of inflammation of bacterial rhinosinusitis.

EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of differential diagnosis of bacterial rhinosinusitis inflammation.
