SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for a differentiated approach to the diagnostics of oral dysbiosis. In the oral fluid, urease activity, ammonia concentration, pH level, and light sum of luminescence during chemiluminescence are determined; in oral smears, the concentrations of urease-positive and opportunistic microbiota are determined. With a urease activity value of 0.663μ mole⋅min-1 per mg of protein, ammonia level 0.089 mmol, pH 5.3, luminescence sum 20.3 u/e, urease-positive Staphylococcus spp. and Enterobacteriaceae spp. in an amount of 104 CFU/unit, gram-positive facultative anaerobic rods Lactobacillus spp. in an amount of 104 CFU/unit and opportunistic yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida in yeast form in an amount of 103-4 CFU/unit oral dysbiosis is diagnosed against the background of chronic biliary-dependent pancreatitis. With a urease activity value of 0.778μ mole⋅min-1 per mg of protein, ammonia level 0.031 mmol, pH 5.6, luminescence sum 22.5 u/e, urease-positive Staphylococcus spp. and Enterobacteriaceae spp. in an amount of 105 CFU/unit, gram-positive facultative anaerobic rods Lactobacillus spp. in an amount of 105 CFU/unit and opportunistic yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida in mycelial form in an amount of 104-5 CFU/unit oral dysbiosis is diagnosed against the background of chronic biliary-dependent pancreatitis with symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves prediction accuracy.
