FIELD: medical engineering; biological engineering. SUBSTANCE: to amplify signals, probe has two areas. The first A area has polypeptide capable of functioning as antibody. The latter specifically binds particular analyte. The second M area has a set of monochain oligonucleotide subunits that possess specific property to bind given sequence of nucleic acid. M area has 15-50 bases and 40-60% of guanine cytosine pairs (GC). The oligonucleotide subunits are united into linear and branched structure. A and M areas are bound by multifunctional fragment.
