SUBSTANCE: described is new large comb-shaped branched polynucleotide comprising polynucleotide skeleton having (1) at least 15 multifunctional nucleotides each of which has attachment point of side chain and (2) first unity of single chain polynucleotide sequence which is of interest and (b) suspended polynucleotide side chains extending from said multifunctional nucleotides each of which includes repetition of second single-chain polynucleotide sequence which is of interest, total repetitions in all side chains being at least 20.
