FIELD: devices for friction-mechanical application of coatings to exterior cylindrical surfaces. SUBSTANCE: the offered device has body, loading mechanism in form of air cylinder connected to air system having air duct, pressure gage, air cock, reducing valve, piston, pusher, rubbing tool, rod from medium material. Located in loading mechanism in end face hollows of piston and pusher is flexible member. Cylindrical space of pusher has spring with spacer. Return spring thrusts with its one end the pusher shoulder, and with its other end leans against hollow rod connected with air cylinder. Rubbing tool made, for instance, from bronze BrOF4-0.25 is hollow, in form of bushing, fitted with interference fit on conical end face of pusher. In this case, medium material, for instance, alloy of gallium is made in form of rod with shoulder in nonworking part located in hollow rubbing tool. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
