SUBSTANCE: call processing method for exchanging information about channels between radio communication terminal and base station involves in requesting outgoing call operations of selecting traffic channel where noise is below specified level, forming proposed list of terminals, selecting traffic channel having lowest noise level, analyzing all available traffic channels, forming proposed list of base stations, memorizing the list, checking traffic channel selected for being that required, returning to received signal level indicator scanning mode, continuously analyzing the latter for available load channels, sending response to call request to terminal, comparing noise levels of traffic channels in proposed list of base stations, selecting traffic channel having lowest noise level, conveying request message for changing traffic channel to that repeatedly chosen on base station, checking for reception of response message sent over traffic channel chosen by radio communication system terminal, continuing call processing, checking for reception of message containing call request and checking for reception of call request message for radio communication terminal over newly selected traffic channel upon its substitution by base station selected traffic channel.
