SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing growth hormones or growth hormone derivatives, human growth hormone or their derivative crystals and pharmaceutical preparation as pharmaceutically acceptable growth hormone crystal suspension. Growth hormone crystals are grown in solution containing an organic solvent or combination of organic solvents in the presence of zinc cations at pH solution 5.0-6.8 and temperature 0-30 C.
