FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: wall panel can be used as self-bearing wall component for walling of buildings and structures of various purpose. Wall panel has outer and inner layers which are made of reinforced concrete. One of flanges of embracing frame shaped member is embedded in concrete of outer layer. This flange is rigidly secured to working reinforcement of aforesaid outer layer by means of rectilinear cover plates and is concreted inside outer layer of panel. Other flange of shaped members by its outer surface creates section of outer surface of inner layer of panel, and by its inner surface is rigidly secured by means of curved cover plates to working reinforcement of inner layer of panel. Web of shaped members as to its width is made convex in outside direction with creation of protrusion of rectangular or trapezoidal cross-section, and its width is less than thickness of layer of thermal insulation material for fixing of resilient liner when joining with adjacent wall panels.
