FIELD: mechanical and power engineering, aviation, rocket and space industries, metallurgy, oil, chemical construction, food and other industries. SUBSTANCE: uniflow sampler has intake head in the form of hollow tube, sample-taking vessels, automatic and filtration aids. Sampler is fitted with valve-interrupter and supersonic micronozzles. Intake head, valve-interrupter and filtration aid are assembled to form one unit having through uniform conduit where separable supersonic micronozzles are installed in series First one of them moves in mobile piston of valve-interrupter. Second micronozzle is immobile in outlet branch pipe of filtration aid and has area of throat at least 2 times larger than that of micronozzle installed in piston. Intake head is manufactured in the form of nose part passed over by flow, rear part and additional outer circular cylinder mounted coaxially to hollow tube and made fast to it with formation of ring slit cooling conduit joined with The help of pipe union to main line feeding dosed inert cooling agent. Nose part of intake head has aerodynamic shape with central cylindrical conduit, recess is made for smooth turning of inert cooling agent coming out from cooling conduit inside nose part on side of through uniflow conduit. Rear part of intake head is fabricated in the form of fastening member that registers valve-interrupter in inlet pipe union. Mobile sealed piston of valve-interrupter is spring-loaded and has dummy cylindrical conduit. The latter is located at distance of working stroke from first micronozzle and has diameter equal to diameter of through uniflow conduit. End of rod of valve-interrupter made as one unit with piston has flats to contact seat-guide made in lid of valve to prevent turning of piston about its axis in process of its travel under action of compressed air coming under bottom of mobile piston. Filtration aid has disc porous filter for sampling of filtered gaseous products of combustion into vacuumed vessel-cylinder with the use of pipe union located in form of second micronozzle behind disc porous filter. EFFECT: expanded application field, improved efficiency of sampler. 2 dwg
