FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of continuity and flow rate of flows of dielectric nonpolar and low-polar media. SUBSTANCE: body 3 of coaxial SHF resonator in the form of section of pipe-line houses central bar 6 that carries one group of ribs 9, 10, 11 of streamline shape. Second group of ribs is made in internal surface of body of resonator. Central bar is coupled with body by 7. Resonator is exited on resonance frequency by means of generator 1. Readings of this frequency which is measure of continuity are taken off indicator 2 (for example, digital frequency meter). Several capacitive sensitive elements spaced in sequence along flow are formed to ensure possibility of measurement of velocity (flow rate) of flow in clearance between ribs of pipe 3 (4 and 5, 15 and 165, 17 and 18) and ribs 9, 10, 11.
