FIELD: biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing tear drop on microscope slide, drying at room temperature, comparing the so formed crystalline structure to identified morphological types. Correspondence to some patterns among the morphological types being found, conclusion is drawn that the eye trauma is not infected. The structure under study containing one of secondary morphological types, conclusion is drawn that the eye trauma belongs to infected ones. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis; simplified, accelerated and cheap method.
