FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with polarizationally optic testings of salivary sample to evaluate its morphostructural signs, moreover, a native salivary sample is deposited, supernatant layer at 0.01 ml volume is placed into a nonhermetic cell to keep it for 20-26 h at a room temperature. At revealing asymmetric spherulites one should detect inefficiency in treating gastroduodenitis, and at the presence of symmetric anisotropic spherulites it is possible to give a favorable evaluation of therapy course conducted. The method in question is noninvasive, it objectively reflects health state of a child, it could be carried out under in-patient, out-patient and health resort therapy conditions. It enables to predict therapy efficiency 4-7 earlier in comparison with conventionally established terms for children's examination in therapy dynamics. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg, 2 ex
