FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry and wine making. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of separately prepared aqueous-alcoholic infusions of Ist and IInd dischargings from sweetclover, tormentil, anise, cardamom and cinnamon. Infusions are mixed and blended with grape fortified wine, orange oil, sugar syrup and aqueous-alcoholic liquid up to 34% proof of prepared drink. Blending is aged, filtered and bottled. Prepared wine drink has the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal: sweetclover, 0.9-1.2; tormentil root, 0.9-1.2; anise fruits, 0.1-0.2; cardamom, 0.04-0.06; cinnamon, 0.2-0.4; orange oil, 0.01-0.02; sugar, 50-70. Wine drink also has, l: grape fortified wine, 480-520; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
