FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of metal melt by furnace rotation, provision of reaction zones with special protrusions located on furnace refractory lining to intensify mixing of melt. Furnace has interconnecting channels located in refractory lining of reaction zones at a definite angle to furnace rotation axis and forcing the melt from the sections of overheated metal to zone of supply of raw loose materials. A definite part of melt volume from liquid movable bath of rotating furnace is transported over circumference and uniformly distributed in the form of film jets and fine droplets in gas oxidizing medium of furnace reaction zones with the help of block refractory pockets built in refractory lining of furnace reaction zones and in the form of retort whose outlet is conjugated with generating line of furnace opening.
