SUBSTANCE: blades 4, 5 of rotor 3 rotate in annular channel 2 of case 1 and displace working medium from admission port 9 to outlet one 10. Blades are shaped so that they follow section of annular channel and are joined to rotor through slit 8 made in annular channel. To prevent working medium flow between ports, relief valve 6 is provided; it is shaped as cylinder with side space through which blades move.
