FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: process determining moisture content of multicomponent liquids consists in measurement of dielectric permittivity $$$, temperature t and velocities of sound C<Mv>v<D> in liquid volume C>Mv>v<D> and C<Mv>w<D> along wall of waveguide filled with liquid. Moisture content is found by formula $$$, where $$$ are constant coefficients determining during calibration. Device determining moisture content has two coaxial tubular electrode 1, 2 between which analyzed liquid is put. Ends of electrodes are tied up by dielectric sound-proof bushings 3. Device also includes radiator 4 and ultrasound receiver 5 in the form of piezoceramic rings with metallization of surface. Radiator 4 is placed in circuit of positive feedback of HF generator 6. Receiver 5 is connected to amplifier 7 coupled to detector 8 and former 10. Initiation stage 9 is connected to detector 8 and controlling input of HF generator 6. Digital computer 13 is connected to former 10, temperature- frequency sensor 12 and capacitance-frequency converter 11 electrically coupled to tubular electrodes 1, 2.
