FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: before interacting with antibodies an antigen is immobilized onto a carrier, antigen-antibody complex is washed out to remove serum residues followed by treatment with conjugate of staphylococcus A protein together with an enzyme. As an enzyme it is necessary to use peroxidase, glucosooxidase, D-beta-galactosidase or alkaline phosphatase. An optimal ratio for complex-conjugate is being 1:0.46. To obtain an antigen one should use organs of animals with dystrophic syndromes: organs should be cut, homogenized, target protein should be extracted with phosphate buffer, solution should be lightened, proteins are deposited and then treated with staphylococcus A protein.
