SUBSTANCE: invention concerns method of complex diagnostics of infectious diseases, such as viral hepatitis type B, viral hepatitis type c, HIV type 1 and 2, and syphilis, based on examination of blood serum or plasma, and can be applied for specified case detection. Method implies that proteins carrying antigenic determinants of viral hepatitis type B and C, human immunodeficiency virus type 1 and 2 and bacteria Treponema Pallidum are immobilised on solid surface of microscopic particles. And each of specified proteins is immobilised on microscopic particle surface of specific size. After that specified microscopic particles are agitated to form suspension introduced with serum or plasma of tested blood.

EFFECT: method provides simultaneous detecting of infectious markers of all specified diseases and is easy to perform.
