FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with blood sampling to obtain both citrate blood and citrate plasma, then terms for the onset, the end and duration of blood and plasma coagulation process are determined and calculation of the ratios of analogous blood values to plasma ones is performed. At values of all three ratios being equal or lower 1.0 and hematocrit value above 0.32 an initial stage of acute syndrome of disseminated intravascular blood coagulation should be predicted. EFFECT: higher efficiency of earlier diagnostics.
