FIELD: finishing of high-precision inner surfaces of rotation. SUBSTANCE: inner surfaces of rotation are finished by a fixed abrasive tool, whose mandrel axle is installed proceeding from the condition of intersection at acute angle α of the axis of finished hole. The mandrel is linked with the spindle by means of a hinge for fixing their position. Angle α is originally determined proceeding from condition α = arcsin[(D-dn-2c)/(2lo+H)], and then, with wear and dressing, it is periodically changed to α = -arcsin[(D-dn-2c)/(2lo+H)],, providing the non-repeating trace principle, where D - diameter of finished hole; H - height of abrasive wheel; dn - hinge diameter; C-guaranteed clearance between spindle and finished hole; lo - mandrel length. The wheel has two flats diametrically arranged at distance B = 2[D2/4-(0,5Htgα+c)2]0,5 from each other, parallel to the plane of turn at a change of angle α, for cleaning the wheel of chips and mud. Angular position of the mandrel carrying the abrasive wheel relative to the spindle is fixed by means of end corrugated surfaces and a bolt-nut pair made on them. EFFECT: enhanced quality. 2 cl, 10 dwg
