FIELD: take-off of microspheres; spray-coating and checking of targets for laser thermonuclear synthesis. SUBSTANCE: device has two supports, each being coupled to drive of its own made as vibrators. Clamp with hole coupled with liquid or gas pumping-out device is positioned between supports. Supports are mounted at angle with respect to each other and on different sides relative to clamp hole axis.
