FIELD: handling equipment used for sampling microspheres, deposition and controlling targets for laser induced thermonuclear synthesis or for controlling balls for ball bearings. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has drives and two supports connected with drives. Drive for one support is formed as vibratory and drive for other support is made in the form of rotation drive. Apparatus is further provided with object clamp provided with opening. Device for pumping out liquid or gas through opening is connected with clamp. Supports are arranged at an angle one relative to another and at different sides relative to opening axis. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
