FIELD: railway transport; compartment cars of passenger trains. SUBSTANCE: combination unit of seat backrest and backrest frame, section connected through upper end with backrest frame for turning in vertical plane, and connected by lower end with turning carrier by means of guide slot of section. Horizontal axle is installed in frame support. Armrests secured on axle at one side can thrust against stops of drawout lower portion of section. Frame support for horizontal axle is arranged between armrest and section. Carrier is secured at one side on horizontal axle. Armrests can be fixed in retracted position. Carrier is formed by U-shaped bending of middle portion of horizontal axle. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 6 dwg
