SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of natural or synthetic compound as an organic antioxidant taken from the group involving aromatic hydroxyamines, aminophenoxysilanes, derivatives of hydroxyquinoline, phenylenediamine, quinoneimines, hydroquinone and ascorbic acid, and fatty acid ethanolamides as a synergist at mass ratio of antioxidant : synergist = (2-95):(5-98). Proposed antioxidants are used for protection of different substances of biological origin subjected for processes of oxidative ageing. EFFECT: improved method of stabilization. 2 tbl
