SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in mixed fodder, food, and light industries, in medicine and perfumery to treat fish, meat-bone, and herbal flours, fodder on fish-breeding, poultry farming, cattle breeding, and fur industry as well as for pharmaceutical preparations, etc. Concentrate contains, wt.-%: antioxidant, 2-96; nonionic surfactant, 1-90; and solvent, 2-96. Oxidant is selected from the group including: butyloxytoluene, butyloxyanisole, 2,2,4-trimethyl- 6-ethoxy-1,2-dihydroquinoline, dimethyl-bis(4-phenylaminophenoxy)silane, diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine, alpha-tocopherol, beta-carotene, or a binary mixture of these compounds. Nonionic surfactant is mixture of distilled monoglycerides with a compound selected from the group including: stearic acid polyglycerol ester, polyethylene glycol-400 stearate, polyethylene glycol-400 oleate, polyethylene glycol-400 phosphate-oleate, and polyethylene glycol-400 phosphate-stearate.
