SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains 500 l of apple alcoholized juice, 57.5 l of sugar syrup 24 kg of color, 17 l of caraway extracts, 8.5 l of dill, 32 l of Hierochoe and aqueous-alcohol liquid. Said quantities are used to prepare 1000 dal of desired product. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.
