FIELD: bridge engineering; bearing structures for industrial and residential buildings. SUBSTANCE: structure has composite wood-and-concrete beam provided with wood wall and top reinforced concrete slab joined to wall by means of shear-taking devices made in the form of junction members. Novelty is that beam is provided with polymeric concrete layer tightly bonded to top edge of wood wall; mentioned layer fills up slots of solid and bow-shaped junction members discretely mounted relative to each other. Monolithic effect maintained by proposed structure for long time ensures reliable joint operation of members made of different-modulus materials and utmost utilization of strength capability of shear-taking members. EFFECT: enhanced rigidity of shear links; provision for protecting wood against moisture ingress from water-absorbing reinforced concrete slab. 6 dwg
