FIELD: equipment for agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device has three semiconductor lasers as light sources. Unit of photodetectors has three photo diodes. Output of each photodetector is connected to analog-to-digital converter which is connected to input of microprogram control unit. One bit of output port of microprogram control unit is connected to starting input of analog-to-digital converter. Three other bits of port are connected to selection inputs of commutator. EFFECT: increased efficiency of measuring, increased precision and validity of measurements. 1 dwg
