SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing and grinding raw material; drying under predetermined conditions till moisture content reaches value not exceeding 10%; cooling obtained mass by means of refrigerant till temperature through the whole mass is within the range of from -80 C to -165 C; providing additional grinding to obtain particles of 50-600 micron size; packaging ready product. Prior to packaging, product may be pelletized. EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing biologically active additive from normally used raw food material, improved assimilation of this additive by user's organism and simplified method. 2 cl, 1 tbl
