FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing biologically active food supplement from vegetable raw that contains vitamins, macro and trace elements and other biologically active substances of the parent raw. By the first variant the proposed method involves sorting wild grasses, and/or cultured grasses, and/or shrubbery leaves, and/or tree leaves that are ventilated to remove moisture from their surface under normal conditions and dried using IR-radiation under atmosphere pressure for two stages. The first stage is performed at temperature 90 C, not above, for 4 h, not above, and the second stage at 60 C, not above, for 2 h, not above. Then dried raw is cooled with cooling agent, in part, liquid nitrogen by its all mass to temperature -80 C, not above, and cooled mass in cooling agent medium is milled to particle size 50-600 mcm. By the second variant method involves preliminary milling the prepared vegetable raw: roots and rhizomes of grasses, and/or bushes, and/or tree bark, and/or shrubbery bark or mushrooms to particle size 10-35 mm followed by drying under atmosphere pressure at temperature 90 C, not above, for 8 h, not above. Then prepared mass is cooled with cooling agent to temperature -80 C, not above, by all mass followed by its milling in cooling agent medium at this temperature. Milled mass prepared by the first or the second variant is converted to the dosed form additionally, in part, by its tableting or subjected for extraction. EFFECT: broadened arsenal of preparing biologically active food supplement and assortment of additions with enhanced content of biologically active substances. 8 cl
