FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: matrix system has backing and self-glueing matrix. Matrix has, mas. p. p.: three-block copolymer of poly-(styrene-isoprene-sryrene) 20-42; resin increasing stickiness 35-55 and plasticizer 5-25. Plasticizer is taken from the group involving oleic alcohol, peglycol-5-oleate, propylene glycol laurate or cetyl alcohol polypropoxyl ester, at least one compound taken from the group involving crotamaton and N-substituted 2-pyrrolidones of the formula (I) where R means (C₁- C₁₅)-alkyl, cyclohexyl or 2-hydroxyethyl group 5-15; stabilizing agent 0.01-1, and hormone taken from the group involving estrogen components, progestogen components and their mixtures 0.1-5. Method of preparing the above mentioned system involves mixing components, homogenization of obtained mixture and the following addition of an active component - sexual hormone.
