FIELD: organic chemistry; production of adhesives for use in making wooden furniture, paper, board, textile, shoes, leather and other industries. SUBSTANCE: as plasticizer, dispersion comprises product based on mixture of dioxide alcohols and their high-boiling ethers having flash point at 130-140 C (component A) produced by distilling-off light fraction having boiling temperature 115-160 C. Component A is produced by subjecting oxal flotation reactant to distillation under pressure 5-10 mm Hg. Plasticizer is constituted by component B which is based on mixture of high-boiling ethers of dioxane alcohols having flash point at 145-155 C and the following composition, mas. %: 1-(4-methyl-1,3-dioxane-4-yl)-8,8-dimethyl-3,5,7-trioxanonane, 15-20; 1-(4,4-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-5-yl)-6-(4-methyl-1,3- -dioxane-4-yl)-2,4-dioxahexane, 18-23; 1,7-bis- -(4-methyl-1,3--dioxane-4-yl)-3,5-dioxaheptane, 49-61; 1-(4,4-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-5-yl)-8-(4-methyl-1,3-dioxane-4--yl)-2,4,6-trioxanonane, 4.5-6.0. Plasticizer has the following composition, mas. pts: polyvinyl acetate dispersion having dry residue content 47-51%, 100; components A or B, 2.35-10.2.
