FIELD: painting of brick, concrete, plastered and wood surfaces. SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises, as polymeric film-forming agent, polyvinyl acetate dispersion containing 50-51% dry matter. In addition to filler, emulsifier, thickener, fungicide and water, said composition further comprises mixture of dioxane alcohols and high-boiling ethers, said mixture being prepared by removing light fraction having boiling temperature of 115-160 C at pressure of 5-10 mm Hg from oxal phiotoreagent and having flash temperature of 130-140 C, or mixture of high-boiling ethers of dioxane alcohols, said mixture being prepared by removing light fraction having boiling temperature of 155-160 C at pressure of 10-30 mm Hg from oxal phiotoreagent and having flash temperature of 145-155 C. Said composition also comprises dispersing agent. Combination of components in certain ratios makes it possible to make the claimed composition more stable during storage more frost resistant, and to make it more difficult to wash away paint.
